Orientation
Two weeks of structured training on AI tools, the ProvenLabs product line, and how small business owners actually think. You finish with a working playbook and $1,000 in your account.
Outreach and Discovery
You start having conversations with small and mid-sized business owners. The pitch is simple, the tools are real, and the goal is one outcome, a booked meeting where they show up.
Booked Meetings
When a qualified prospect attends a meeting you set, you get paid $50. That number is the floor, not the ceiling, and it stacks fast once your messaging clicks.
Closed Clients
When a meeting turns into a client, you stay attached. You earn 10% of every dollar that client pays ProvenLabs, for as long as they stay with us and you stay with us.
Building Your Own Book
As your skills mature, you stop handing off and start delivering. Anything you scope and ship yourself pays you an extra 60% on top, for 70% of the revenue.
You Compound
Booked meetings and trailing revenue from earlier clients keep paying while you take on more sophisticated work. The math gets better as the months go by, not worse.

For finishing the program
A flat completion bonus when you wrap orientation. This is your skin-in-the-game from us. If we are going to ask you to take this seriously, we are going to pay for the seriousness.
Per qualified meeting that shows
Set a meeting with a real decision-maker and they show up, you earn $50. Pure activity reward. Most interns hit positive cash flow inside the first month.
Of every dollar that client pays
When a meeting turns into a paying client, you earn 10% of all revenue for as long as the relationship lasts on both sides. One good client can outlast the internship by years.
Total share on anything you ship
As your skills mature, you start delivering the work yourself. Anything you scope and execute end-to-end pays an extra 60% on top of the 10%, for 70% total. That is founder math.
