Proven Discovery

From stakeholder input to validated PRD. In days, not weeks.

The Problem

By the Time the PRD Is Done, Half the Context Is Gone

Collecting structured input from stakeholders at scale is tedious. Doing it consistently, problem first and solutions second, is harder. Synthesizing disparate conversations into a coherent, well-reasoned document takes weeks.

By the time stakeholders see the final PRD, the feedback loop requires expensive rework. Context got lost. Assumptions got baked in. And nobody is quite sure the document reflects what was actually said.

Why We Built It

We Built It for Our Own Engagements First

We needed a repeatable, transparent way to run discovery without losing fidelity between what stakeholders said and what ended up in the document.

The two-round interview structure came from a real problem: stakeholders conflate problems with solutions and add noise to synthesis. Enforcing the separation at the interview level fixes it upstream, before the document is ever written.

How It's Different

Problem First. Solutions Second. Always.

Proven Discovery enforces the discipline that every good discovery process requires, but almost none actually follow.

Two-Round Interview Structure

Round 1 asks about pain, frequency, workarounds, and ROI. It never suggests solutions. Round 2 references Round 1 findings and asks about requirements, tradeoffs, and success metrics. Claude redirects stakeholders who start solutioning too early.

Real-Time Admin Dashboard

Interview progress, synthesis status, and stakeholder completions update live via Supabase Realtime. No refresh needed. You know exactly where every participant is in the process.

Stakeholder Review Built In

Every synthesized PRD goes back to stakeholders for per-section feedback before final approval. Concerns, comments, and edit suggestions are collected. Consensus is documented. The team starts aligned.

01

Voice mode

Stakeholders can type or speak. Transcription and text-to-speech are built in. The voice persona is a curious, thoughtful colleague, not a polished corporate interviewer. Mic interrupt, natural tone, stop button.

02

Extended thinking for synthesis

Claude doesn't summarize stakeholder input. It reasons across all inputs using extended thinking, surfacing patterns and contradictions that basic summarization misses.

03

PDF export

Branded, professional A4 document ready to share. Generated client-side in the browser, no server dependency.

04

AI discovery intake

Admins can brief the system via conversation, upload documents, and research web domains to enrich context before interviews begin.

05

Quick-action chips

Stakeholders can follow up, skip a question, or switch between voice and text mode without breaking conversational flow.

06

Anonymization by design

Toggle anonymous mode per project. Stakeholder names are redacted from transcripts and synthesis. Only roles are shown.

What It Means to You

You Go Into Build Aligned

The PRD that comes out of Proven Discovery reflects what your stakeholders actually said, not what you remembered from the notes.

Consensus is documented. Edge cases are surfaced. The team starts aligned. And when someone asks why a decision was made, the answer is in the document, with the stakeholder input that drove it.
