Attendees scan a QR code at the venue and register in seconds. Name, email, done. No app download, no account creation, no friction. Entry number assigned immediately.
Offline-First by Design
Registrations queue in the browser when WiFi drops and sync automatically when connectivity returns. The draw machine, check-in scanner, and entry list all work offline. Built as a true PWA, installable on any device.
Animated Raffle Draws
The draw machine shuffles names with a 3-second animation, reveals winners with confetti, and logs every result with timestamp and auditor. Draw 1 to 10 winners per batch. Void and redraw with a reason if needed.

Provably fair draws
Uses cryptographic randomness instead of Math.random(). Database-level advisory locks prevent race conditions. Full audit trail on every draw, including voids and redraws.
White-label branding
Each organization gets custom colors, logos, fonts, and an optional 'Powered by Proven Entry' badge. One platform, every client's brand.
CRM sync on confirmation
When an attendee confirms their email, their entry syncs to ProvenContacts automatically. HMAC-signed, fire-and-forget, with status tracking per entry.
Email verification and automation
Registration confirmations, reminders, winner notifications, and waitlist alerts via Resend. Scheduled emails execute on cron, no manual sends.
Rate limiting and fraud prevention
Six registrations per minute per IP. Duplicate email detection per activity. IP and user agent logged on every entry. Confirmation tokens expire in 24 hours.
